Cytochrome P450 2B4 movie morphing between the experimentally-determined open (PDB: 1PO5) and closed (PDB: 1SUO) conformations. The conformations between the two experimentally-determined X-ray structures were generated by linear interpolation of Cα positions, followed by energy minimization as employed by the Yale Morph Server.
